1Purpose of this website

This website provides information about the services, offices and contact details of Janopriyo Macca Transport Agency. It does not offer online booking or payment.

2Booking and contract

The actual terms of carriage, fare and delivery time are set on the challan or receipt when you book at one of our branches. That document prevails over anything on this website.

The fare depends on the type, quantity and destination of the goods. Please ask us by phone or WhatsApp before handing over your goods; the fare we quote is the one written on the challan.

3Delivery time

Delivery times mentioned on the website are our target and best effort, not a guarantee. Weather, traffic, strikes or other unavoidable causes can cause delays.

4Goods we do not carry

• Goods that are prohibited or illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Explosive, flammable or hazardous materials, and narcotics.
• Any other restricted or risky goods, unless our branch has agreed in advance.
• If goods are sent with a false or concealed description, we may hold them or return them.

5Sender responsibilities

• Giving an accurate description and quantity of the goods and the receiver's name, address and phone number.
• Packing the goods properly, especially fragile or valuable items.
• Declaring the value of valuable goods at the time of booking.

6Loss and damage

If you have a complaint about damage or loss, tell our branch at delivery or as soon as possible. Compensation and limits of liability follow the terms on your booking challan or receipt.

We are not liable, on the basis of website information, for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, blockades or government orders.

7Website information

We try to keep information accurate, but phone numbers, addresses, fares and service areas may change. Please confirm with us before booking.

The text, logo and images on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8Agency applications

Filling in the agency application form does not guarantee an agency. We review each application and let you know our decision.

Abir Parcel & Courier Service is our sister concern. We do not control the content of Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger or other external sites linked from this website.
